Terms of Service
Please review these Terms of Service carefully, especially Section 6 (Payments and Refunds), before making a purchase.
Once payment is completed, you will immediately gain access to your plan. Please follow the instructions provided after payment.
1. LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT; AMENDMENTS
1.1. The Service known as Nagomi.health, including its content on our websites and/or mobile apps, is developed, operated, and distributed by UAB Insane Coaching, company code 305858689, legally incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with its registered office at Žirmūnų g. 75-52, LT-09114 Vilnius. The Service includes all provided content, tools, and transactions available through Nagomi.health.
1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must stop using it immediately.
1.3. Additional terms, policies, or documents posted on the Service are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
1.4. Translations of the English version are for convenience only. If there is any conflict between translations and the English version at nagomi.health/pages/privacy-policy, the English version will prevail as the legally binding version.
1.5. Updates to these Terms will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
1.6. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
1.7. These Terms include disclaimers (Sections 2 and 14), liability limitations (Section 15), and an arbitration and class action waiver (Section 11). Unless you opt out within 30 days of first using the Service, arbitration will be the exclusive method for dispute resolution, except as stated in Section 11.
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
2.1. The Company does not provide medical advice, health insurance, or other healthcare services (“Healthcare Services”).
2.2. The Service may not be suitable for everyone and is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice. Using the Service is at your own risk. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the Service.
2.3. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes.
2.4. Content in the Service is not a replacement for professional medical advice, consultation, or diagnosis.
2.5. Using the Service does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship.
2.6. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual factors.
2.7. Your success depends on your personal circumstances, background, motivation, and commitment.
2.8. The Company disclaims liability for health issues or injuries arising from the use of the Service.
3. USE OF SERVICE; AGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1. To use the Service, you must provide accurate and truthful information.
3.2. You confirm that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
3.3. The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years old.
3.4. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach these Terms.
3.5. By using the Service, you consent to receive essential communications (e.g., service updates). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
3.6. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without liability.
4. USER CONTENT
4.1. All materials on the Service (excluding user-submitted content) belong to us or third parties.
4.2. You retain rights to your submitted content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use it for operating the Service.
4.3. The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.4. You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
4.5. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment and services to access the Service.
5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Service, you confirm that:

6. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUNDS
6.1. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and include proof of non-conformity or defect.
6.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
6.3. For health and hygiene reasons, returned goods must be unopened and in resale condition.
6.4. Bundle purchases require all items to be returned in resale condition for a refund.
6.5. Standard order processing time is 2–5 working days, with delivery usually taking 5–10 working days (longer during peak seasons).
6.6. Subscriptions auto-renew at the selected interval (30/90/180 days) unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
6.7. Canceling before the second renewal may require paying the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard price.
6.8. Updated shipping addresses must be provided at least 72 hours before renewal.
7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Service may display third-party ads or links. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
